Han Ye Seul stars as Sa Geum Ran, a frumpy overweight housewife who vows for revenge after getting dumped by her husband (Jung Gyu Woon) and enduring years of disdainful treatment from the in-laws. Presumed dead by her husband after a car accident, she seeks out the services of emotionally scarred plastic surgeon Han Tae Hee (Joo Sang Wook, Cunning Single Lady) who transforms her from head to toe into a stunning beauty. Taking on the new name of Sara, Geum Ran sets out on her bumbling plan of getting back her husband with the help of Tae Hee, who becomes increasingly interested in his charge.
